We had a problem with a bracelet, which did not close correctly They did try to help us with videos and with support and ideas what to do It did not work so they offered a replacement which was very kind We are really happy and satisfied with the work of the company and the support team Thank you very much and we will order again if we find something new

After contacting customer service they willingly offered a replacement at no additional charge as they truly stand by their product and service.
