Just received my Luminox 3001. Very quick shipping and my watch arrived without delay. No complaints, and I would order from NYWatchStore in the future.

Initially, I was hesitant about purchasing from this company because I hadn't heard of it before. As I researched their ratings and customer feedback, I was much more relaxed and proceeded with my purchase. I received a phone call the next day from one of their excellent reps, James, and he wanted to verify that the shipping address was correct because it was different than my billing. Now I had both good reviews and personal customer service. Now when I need another watch I will not hesitate to shop here. Thank you for the solid buying experience.

I AM A MODEST COLLECTOR. I DO SHOP OTHER SITES,BUT I KEEP COMING BACK TO NY WATCHES BECAUSE THEIR SELECTION AND,ABOVE ALL,THEIR EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INCOMPERABLE.

Fast turn around time and great unboxing experience! Thank You!!

Super experience buying from nywatchstore.com! I recently ordered three Skagen watches from them. They had a great selection to choose from online, and had the best prices by far of any legitimate company. The order process was very straightforward and their communication in regards to the order/shipping details was spot on. Order arrived in two days! Would highly recommend buying your next watch here...I know they will get all of my business moving forward.

Bought a Fossil that was half the price (including delivery), than local David Jones store, perfect product in complete packaging & tin, shipping not the fastest but to be expected and was detailed at checkout. Would recommend.
