Order a watch on the site that was available. First contact was that the watch was not available and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. I said it was ok, and was willing to wait. After the 4 weeks, contacted them again, and was told the supplier no longer had the watch, and they wouldn't know if it would be available again. Was asked if I wanted another watch from the site. Asked to get the same watch on a different colour. This time I made sure the wathch was marked as available on the site with screen shots, and asked them to ship me the other one. With a refund since the other colour was cheaper. After that, I noticed the price of the watch on the new colour I wanted spiked 30%!!! Still the answer I got from them was the situation was the same as before. The watch was not available. Opened a case with paypal to get a refund, and all was sorted in no time. My final thoughts on this is: THIS SHOP IS A SCAM! They lure you with low prices, but the issues you will get with them are not worth it. STAY AWAY FORM THEM!

I ordered a watch, they charged my credit card but they made the following additional requirement before shipping the item: ' Can you please email and/or fax us a copy of the front and back of your drivers license and the credit card used for payment before we can accept this payment with a sign letter that you authorize us Top One Inetrnational Corp to ship this package' Responding to this request would be like giving them a license to plunder my credit card.

I placed an order with this company from Overseas in late July. They debited my credit card and I patiently waited for the watch to come. It didn't arrive so on the 21st of August I sent an email asking what happened and got the same response as previous customers: they claim to have sent an email asking for confirmation of the credit card, drivers licence and the signed letter. I didn't receive the email in July and, interestingly enough, even after 3 WEEKS OF SILENCE Top one did not return the money to my credit card. That means that they were happy to keep the money even without receiving confirmation of card ownership. They claim that their policy is a public service so let's see. We can have two situations: 1. The customer used a stolen credit card and they surely wont reply Top One's email. If that is true, then Top one keeps the money (they didn't look like returning it to MY credit card after 3 weeks silence) so: a) the real credit card owner sees the charge and contests the transaction. Top One gets to use that money as WORKING CAPITAL between the charge and the time they give it back. In effect, they borrow from the real owner at 0% interest. b) the real credit card owner does NOT notice the charge and Top One GETS FREE MONEY! They didn't deliver the product and just got the money, themselves scamming the real owner instead of the person that had the stolen credit card. 2. The customer used his own real credit card. Top One charges for the watch but waits for the customer to send the confirmations. This may take lets say on average 10-15 days. So that is an extra 10-15 days for Top One to use working capital at a cost of.. you guest it, 0% interest. Other people say they received their products and that may be true. But this way of running a business (scamming your customers just to get working capital or STEALING from people whose credit cards have been hacked) just shows that Top One is dishonest enough! In their comparison, you go to the shop and ask for some products. They CHARGE the credit card FIRST then ask for your id. If you decide to just walk out without the products, they JUST KEEP THE MONEY THEY JUST CHARGED until later. They only give it back IF the bank says "this transaction is contested", otherwise they keep it. What shop does that? When have you ever seen a shop that charges the credit card first and asks for ID later? And if you don't have the ID, they keep the charge on the card? This is pretty dishonest in my opinion. Pretty dishonest!

I had previously purchased a watch from this company and things worked out ok so when it came time to buy the watch that I had always wanted namely the Luminox 3001, I purchased it from them. BIG mistake. The watch had faulty seals, I contacted them to avail of their return for refund after a few days and was told that since I had used it, they would not take it back. They told me to avail of the warranty from Luminox but of course no warranty cards of any kind came with the watch. Definitely seems wrong and dishonest to me. My advice is to avoid them, I certainly will be from now on.

This is an unrelieable, unserious company. I have ordered a citizen watch from them, what does not arrived. After three weeks i contacted them, they told me I can expect the package, should be problem from the site of post office. After many callings and negotiation, i had wait 45 days from the shipping day..and have to claim my money back from the insurance company. At the end I got my money back...it takes about 2 months...while I received my money back. By the way same happened to my friend!(but once she received from them a watch wath she ordered..so 50pc chance, or less). I can not recommend this company to anybody! Dont risk your money! and not talk about the money(because i received back it)..dont waste your time! Do not order from this company!!!!!

Before purchasing from this merchant- Top One International (web sites are nywatchstore.com and 4-watches.com) , I asked if their merchandise was brand new. I was told yes. I'm a real watch lover and wanted to order 4 watches but since I had no experience with them, decided to just order one and see how things went. Boy, am I glad I didn't order more than one watch. The watch arrived in very used condition and the merchant refused to pay to have the watch shipped back to them. They also said if I returned the watch, they would not reimburse the shipping costs. I was aghast, I had never heard of such a thing. Only a dishonest, unreputable merchant would do such a thing. I sent photos showing the used condition of the watch and they still said they wouldn't pay to have it shipped back to them. AVOID THIS MERCHANT; LOOK AT ALL OF THE REVIEWS BELOW AND BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY, IF YOU SEE A WATCH YOU LIKE ON THEIR SITE, BUY IT ELSEWHERE. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID!
