Was looking for a rugged durable watch for work. In contact Top Intl Watch I came across James on CS who was patient with my questions and very knowledgable about Luminox tactical watches. As a SWAT Team Cmdr and Pilot I was guided to the perfect watch that fit my needs. Will definitely recommend this company and sales person James for any future needs for myself and team..thank you agaIn for your time and energies!

Excelent Customer service. Unfortunately I Ordered 3 incorrect watch band sizes 24 hours ago, they were able to stop the shipment and swap all 3 watch bands to the correct size. awesome customer service.

Both of the 24 mm flat replacement stainless steel bracelet watch band replacements were very high quality and excellent replacements for my BULOVA Marine star automatic watch as unfortunately the original watch band is silicone and latex combined rubber and sometimes irritates my wrist. Awesome. Thanks again. I will definitely shop some more with your shop.

James is professional, polite, and personable. In addition he knows the product line, inside and out. He even remembers helping me back in 2021 with a Luminox product over the phone all the way out here in the Hawaiian Islands! In addition to everything else, this transaction felt like I was talking with an old friend. Thank you, James. Until next time.

I ordered a watch strap and then had to call because I gave the wrong address and the gentleman I talked with was very helpful and said they would change the address. I received a text saying the address had been changed and then received a follow up phone a call. I received good service and will look forward to receiving my watch strap. Thank You

I ordered a band and the store contacted me before sending the band to make sure the size was right. They ultimately advised me that the band I had ordered would not work for my watch and refunded the charge. Their honesty and professionalism is amazing.
