Attentive and courteous business. I ordered a metal watch bracelet replacement, but made a mistake in my order. I was contacted by email asking me to give them a call, which I did. They were courteous and kind, and helped me through. I received the product shortly after. Not only they informed me about my mistake and helped me, but they also were very quick in dispatching. The product itself is great. I highly recommend them.

I spoke with James, and he was extremely helpful! I had an issue with the payment due to the holidays. I finally had the chance to contact the store, and I was given great customer service. He processed the payment and informed me of the next steps. I greatly appreciate you James! I will be viewing your website to see about any future purchases

I love my Sterling Gadsby watch and I searched online for a watch band and you guys came up as the perfect fit, but I needed the watchband in gold. I contacted you and someone got back to me quickly and pointed me to the correct Gold tone and even sent me links. I bought it and I love it and it looks great! It really is the perfect match for my Gatsby watch. Thank you!
