I was lead to believe if I ordered the wrong size band I could easily exchange. That is proving not to be the case as I am spending more on return shipping than I did for the actual band. I even verbally clarified with a representative on the phone and he stated exchanges are not difficult and give let me know and I will help you find the right size. Shortly there after he told me I would get this review and he would appreciate 5 stars. Right away I was put off, but hoped for the best. However, when I pointed it out to the representative regarding shipping costs I received a reply of, “Yup, sorry about that.” This is a scam. Do not fall victim to this and shop elsewhere! I cannot even believe I am getting maybe a 50cent refund. Disgusting!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER I ordered a Luminox F-117 Firehawk and once i got it took it to a dark room and realized the watch had no glow to it. Additionally, I ordered a F-117 and got a F117 GMT there is a $200 difference in the retail price of those watches. This is a complete scam and is a one man show, ran by a man named James. I hope that this guy is not able to steal $634 dollars from me because I am young guy who isn’t making much and worked really hard for that money. If trustpilot could help me or if James himself could refund my money, it would be much appreciated.

It's one thing to make a mistake and another to deceive people. Ordered 23mm watch bands. When they came even the paperwork with the bands state 23mm but when I tried to put them on, they turned out to be 24mm. My watch explained to me that they sent 24mm because for a rubber strap you can squeeze it in. Not Cool guys and no more business from me ever. On 3/10/23 I now have been accused by the company of having an agenda. They never asked if I can have the post office at my location pick up the watch bands and when I stated I will not spend the gas money to take a pair of inexpensive bands to the post office they accuse me of keeping them because quote, they fit just fine. So I guess they are calling me a lier too. These are truly people you do not want to do business with. I'm done!

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiance purchased a total of 3 watches from New York Watch company for a total of almost $600. Two watches were purchased for me as an anniversary gift and the other watch was a birthday gift for her son. As soon as she placed the order the money was deducted from her bank account. Shortly after she received an email stating they needed further verification and they needed the billing address for the card used a photo of the front and back of credit card used along with picture of her photo ID and a signature authorization form that they attached. This is the first red flag. Why would they charge the card and then verify all that info? She ended up telling me about the order because of this and felt the surprise was ruined. Around 2am her card was charged the total amount a 2nd time and then the following day was charged a 3rd time. Upon calling customer service she spoke to a male that was neither friendly or helpful. He argued and seemed upset she wanted to cancel the order. She explained after being charged 3 times she didn't feel comfortable and who would. He continued to be rude and stated that they only charged her once. We have the bank statement and she gets notifications when money comes out of her account. This was in early August of 2021. It's now late October and she still hasn't received her money back. Not a refund because we never received a single watch and according to the original email they couldn't process order without further verification. Yet they charged her 3 times prior to any further verification. While I'm sure people have had a good experience don't take the chance. Basically if you know a car might burst into flames when driving would you buy that car on the chance it might not? No you wouldn't. So for $1700 to be taken and so far kept has really hurt us financially. Was given the supposed email of the owner of the company by no customer service skills whatsoever guy and sent several emails with no response. That to me speaks volumes. Again wanted to pay close to $600 for 3 watches and they stole close to $1600 and haven't returned as of today 10/27/2021. Buyer beware!!!!

They ship out watches that are not even inspected first. Who does that ? The seller is also extremely rude. I had to go thru PayPal for a return. I would not recommend them, nor would I make another purchase there ever again regardless of price. After confronting the seller James Aryan of NY WATCH STORE doing business as Top One International he wants me to attempt to charge a solar watch thats been dead for months. The fact is it will never come around and im supposed to foot the bill for a new capacitor? Not going to happen.. Its a new watch!!. Then he tries to claim im trying to keep the watch and get a refund ? LOL !! Sure ok.. Thats what PayPal is for and we both know its being sent back. So I will be refunded in full. Again its an underground grey market seller thats about as shady as they come. Im not the first to have a problem with this seller. See other reviews. Talk is cheap James you run a crappy show and you can lie through your teeth all you want. The watch community is well informed of your antics. So is the New York Better Business Bureau . Go scam someone else. And if you have a 90 day no questions asked warranty then why not take a watch back that doesn't work and the customer is not happy? Thats called asking questions when you claim "no questions asked". Again you're a shady selling scam artist. Update : Received a full refund through PayPal.

Bought a watch, broken, ask for a return, get a response, get a shipping label. all of the action took them a day to process, then once i return it, they told me they need a whole week to get on package then the next day can give me the replacement, what a garbage company, are the only have one guy to do everything? i can't think of a single reason why its so slow and not efficiency. don't buy from them

I'm shopping for a watch band and of course the quality varies from zero to hero. Now out of 43 customers you manage to garner only 3-Stars...I'm more than a bit leery to do online business.

I ordered the watch on this webpage, after 2 weeks I write to ask about it, they say that it's still not being shipped and that it was written that it will be shipped after 4-8 weeks after purchase. Ok, I said, ready to wait more, even though I never noticed this 4-8 weeks while buying the watch. 3 weeks later, I contact them again and they told me that watch isn't available and it won't be available at all, thua THEY are cancelling my order. Lost more than a month, waiting for nothing. Never again, you will find good prices, but who cares if you won't get what you order.
