Purchased three of the 22mm metal watch bands for a Casio Duro watch. The bands are made well and look good on the watch. James was helpful to me in the purchase and the set-up of the bands.

There was an issue with processing my payment(on my banks end). Instead of just skipping my order, they contacted me personally to inform me what happened. He was super respectful with how he handled everything. Got my card re ran and gave me all the information I needed about how to track y order. Also let me know that he was processing my order immediately. All this and I was only spending $20 on a new watch band. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Customer service like this doesn’t exist anymore! I’ll be making future orders guaranteed!

I can't rave about my experience enough. My G Shock mod is spectacular, and it was shipped immediately. I absolutely love it. These watches are awesome, the build quality is second to none, and NY Watch is a pleasure to deal with.

good selection, not quite to amazon levels, but everyone needs to start somewhere. I needed a replacement band for my Tissot and NYWS had many options. I am looking forward to seeing it soon. I phoned in a question and the guy was very civil, honest and clear! great job to whoever that was.
