I went to NYU Langone in Harrison NY yesterday. I entered the office and was greeted by a welcoming receptionist. She was very kind and helpful. I did the check in and waited about 2 minutes to be called in for an x-ray. The tech greeted very nicely and explained to me what he was going to x-ray. He was excellent and very kind. I them waited about 2 minutes to be called in to see the Dr. The assist asked a few questions. She was very sweet. Soon after Dr. Deshmukh came in. Very nice greeting. He explained the findings on the x-rays and options for treatment. I choose he option that he suggested. He took the time to listen to me and and any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I highly recommend him. If I could give him a sore of 10, I would. The entire staff in the office was welcoming , friendly and kind. They all deserve a score of 10

My recent experience at NYU Langone with Iliana Gonzalez went smoothly she is a true professional who was knowledgeable & polite I just want to thank her for the extra effort she took to make me feel comfortable!

I dropped a plate in my kitchen this morning, and a piece of it cut my big toe. Blood was pouring out at an alarming rate, so I wrapped a towel around my foot to apply pressure and jumped in an Uber to the NYU Langone Emergency Room. As soon as I was wheeled into the ER, I was immediately taken to the check-in window. They asked for my driver’s license, and because of my condition, I was told, “We’ll get your insurance later.” That simple response immediately reassured me that taking care of me was their priority. I went through triage and was quickly seen by Dr. Mary Stoa, who assessed the injury, cleaned the wound, placed three stitches, and gave me a tetanus shot. She also consulted with Dr. Christopher Kushner, who was equally professional and reassuring. I can't say enough good things about these two physicians and all of the staff with whom I interacted with today. The level of care, professionalism, efficiency, and compassion I experienced at NYU Langone’s Emergency Room was outstanding. From the doctors and nurses to the triage staff and everyone working behind the scenes, every person I encountered was focused on providing excellent care. I am incredibly grateful to have access to this kind of healthcare. 10 out of 10.

Today my wife and I had a pre surgery consultation with a Doctor Robert Tenney at N. Y. U. Langone. Doctor Tenney is a true professional with old school bedside manner. He explained every detail to us about the up coming surgery , and answered all of our questions, and put my wife and I at ease with the upcoming event. He should be recognized for his ability and care. My wife and I feel very confident going forward with him at our side.

Today was a pretty bad day for my health, but still there was no excuse for the way that I treated this nurse. Her name was Emma she was so kind to me and I lost it yelling and screaming and cursing at her and I made her cry. I am so sorry for my actions even with everything I put her through she still with tears in her eyes held her compulsion and the only thing she said was that was not nice what you said to me. Dear nurse Emma my please forgive me and thank you for all your kindness and being an amazing nurse. Also thank you to everyone down in the MRI room for helping me remain calm I would also like to thank nurse Orlando for his kindness and great service at NYU langone. Even though I suffer with mental problems the entire staff remained calm, loving, empathetic and caring. This is the number one Hospital in the world. So if you ever put on 17 West you don't have to worry about a thing you will be taken care of properly. I am feeling so much better they definitely have healing hands. Yes yes it's me again miss sugar leaving a great review for NYU langone Hospital. They definitely get five stars here are some of the names of the doctors and nurses that took very good care of me first let me give a big up to the emergency room. Definitely on point second is the staff 17 West. Daniel social worker. Danielle nurse. Dr Larson, Nurse Francesca, Kenneth from dietary. These guys are the best when they said #1 in NY. They were not playing you, get the best care here for adults and children. I wouldn't bet my life on any other Hospital. Love NYU langone thank you guys for taking care of me. All around this organization the people are exceptional. When they offer to assist, they always follow up as promised. Doctors are easy to talk to, show their expertise, and they genuinely care.

Best doctors, best staff and more importantly the best facility. Take a look at new Kimmel building, nurses and staff were referring to it like a hotel instead of hospital. Also food is really good for a hospital, for both inpatients and outpatients.
