Typical controlled media. They report their version of the truth. Don't want facts to hinder their political agenda and their pay masters. I spend my money elsewhere. John De Nugent has a brilliant blog .More factual than NYT , not even good enough for toilet paper.

The New York Times has just cancelled my online subscription because they claim it's unpaid. But it's not; it's paid up to date, even though I've been denied access to the website for weeks for the same alleged reason. When I contacted the help chat service about this, the advice given was to try another card! Why - so the NYT could charge me a *second* time and *still* not give me access?

This company gave me issues when I tried to unsubscribe. I contacted them (which is the only method they give you) to unsubscribe, and while they said someone would contact me within 24-72 hours, nobody did. I then received another email that they took money for the next month. I figured out how to unsubscribe for my end, but I have a feeling that now they will email me with information about unsubscribing, after they had squeezed some extra dollars out of me. Not acceptable.

I demand an Apology by NYT to all Hindus and Indian PM Modi. Its a racist newsportal. Its spreads Fake news and hatred for a certain race and spread Hinduphobia. It had issued a job posting specifically to write against Hindus and Democratically elected PM. Its been publishing fake news against India . Racist News Paper

Horrible, horrible home delivery service (in New York). complaints make no difference. Only subscribe if you like to spend lots of time reporting missed and late papers

As others have noted, they use every sleazy trick in the book to keep you from cancelling, from raising your price without notifying you (check your credit card bill carefully if you subscribe) to forcing you to wait endlessly in a queue before you can persuade a staffer to 'allow' you to cancel.

Enjoyed the articles and podcasts but cancellation is horrible. Would like to subscribe again but then at some point I would have to go through the cancellation process again wich I'm not willing to do. for me it was just a chat were someone tried to convince me to get the subscription for 1$ per month but still thats very annoying if you just want to cancel.
