Horrible beyond belief. This is no longer a news site, and is basically just a marketing department for the Democratic Party. They literally just regurgitate liberal press releases and manipulate stories to serve their agenda, no journalism here. Sad, they are so indoctrinated they can’t even see it!

Shady cancellation process, in 2024 having to call a call center just to cancel, only to be given the run around is absurd and pathetic. I’ll take it up with my credit card company through chargeback instead.

They are clearly owned by some GOP overlord and are not even trying to hide it anymore. Instead of focusing on Biden’s age which everyone is well aware of-maybe you should report on the child rape allegations of Trump. Just saying.

The New York Times is increasingly releasing false information and fear mongering to skew favor toward Donald Trump. News agencies are supposed to report factually, and without bias. This is verging on election interference.

I just cancelled my subscription. Completely biased reporting with a definite agenda. The article yesterday about Parkinson's was the final straw. Your entire staff should be embarrassed and ashamed.

I cannot express my frustration enough with the CS team and subscription cancellation process. There is a webform to cancel the subscription on the website, but even though a user can successfully complete it, the cancellation doesn't go through. The CS then states that because there is no record of it, there is nothing they can do. There is clearly something wrong with the system, and NYT has to take accountability or at least say they will look into it. Instead, all they say is that there is nothing they can do. Pretty much a customer's word means nothing, nor do they take pride in their services. I have used this form so many times, and unsuccessfully. All I got offered was a refund for one of the months because I once got in touch with the live chat and that was the one record they had of my intentions to cancel. No chance I will ever resubscribe again.
