I've reported the same bug before in the NYT Connections game app but UNFORTUNATELY HAD NO RESPONSE and then no resolve. I have a subsciption for the NYT games app. Therefore, am a paying customer. I have taken a screenshot to collaberate the bug in the Connections game. The bug is that its impossible to read the words in the Connections game as the words are too long for the individual boxes in the word grid. Therefore, unreadable. I have deleted and re-installed the games app without resolve. This bug has been persistent in the games app for months now.

The real problem at NYT is that it claims to be neutral and unbiased, but this is not the case. If they were to change this stance to admitting their bias this would start to repair their reputation. Their journalists would benefit from extensive training on how to vet their sources too.

I just cancelled my subscription with the new york times. As an Independent I can't see myself reading a newspaper that has false articles. It's a waste of money and waste of my time.

They dont let you cancel, is a pain. Is easier to cancel my credit card than this pathetic site subscrptions. Huge mistake. I only wanted to read 1 post from a friend since everything else is trash and low iq and now I receive emails that my payment wont go, like yeah monkeys? I only paid 1 month to read 1 article. Is the ny time so hungry they need to process my card every day with no option to cancel? Like wtf is wrong with all this big companies... really pisses me off how desperate they are for money.

Their customer service is abominable. Somehow, they triggered the bank's fraud alert system which blocked the usual monthly payment. I got that sorted with the bank and then called The New York Times to let them know they could reprocess the payment. The man seemed confused but put me on hold while he did something. He then assured me the payment would go through in 1-3 days. It's the third day and the NYT is demanding a new card number because payment hasn't been made. Their customer shut down for the day already. I tried emailing editorial and got an auto-reply with a bunch of emails. I forwarded on to Letters and then saw there was a Customer Care email, which i also emailed. The reply from Customer Care just now was that the NYT no longer checked this email address. I swear if they dump me because of their own incompetence, I am not going back.

The problem with this paper is you have a writer named Astead W. Herndon and most of the writers employed by this company promotes fake news. They do not research true facts. Also they have a lot of political influence. There are many of the papers around the world this one you can definitely go without

I receive highlighted titles of arrival I would enjoy. The link takes to dozens other articles. I am ending my online subscription as I think no one cares about the reader.
