No response from customer service reps
Shoes were to small so I payed money to return them. Shoes have been at their facility for 5 days and have yet to get a refund. Now that I have sent multiple messages asking for the status of my refund, I have yet to get a response back. I get that they can take time but I at least expect a response.

Thank you for your review. Our return policy is clearly stated on the website as $9.95 for all returns refunds get processed with in 1week of return delivery. Amazing products and super fast shipping. My second purchase, I highly recommended NYC designer outlet to everybody. Just make sure to check order at their website so you can track item if you don’t receive tracking email. I would make sure box is taped more securely arrived a bit loose. Nevertheless the importance is the items arrived. Thanks
