All the shoes should have width sizes which would be helpful to the customer prior to the purchase.

Product and delivery excellent. However, actual color and design cannot be accurately seen in website.

Initially I was disappointed when I received the wrong shoe size. I subsequently received a call from management explaining the discrepancy in the ordering of international sizes. I appreciate the effort from the management team and their effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the size I needed was not available so a refund was initiated. When ordering shoes that come in international sizes or manufacturer specific sizing, make sure you add a comment in the order form of the website if you know both your US and International size to avoid any confusion. Based on my experience with customer service I would consider ordering thru NYC Outlet again.

I’m very worried that I haven’t been given shipping confirmation two business days after making the order and being charged, when the website indicated same-day shipping on orders received by 2 p.m.! Update: 11/22 The customer service team has been very responsive to my concern, and the shoes arrived yesterday in excellent condition. Sadly though, they were the wrong size for me and now I'm waiting for them to get back to me for the next steps, re: return, refund, exchange, etc. Once that becomes clear, I will likely be back to give them a full five-star review! Thank you to Raymond & the customer service team @ nycdesigneroutlet, and I look forward to finalizing my transaction with you soon.
