This company is a total scam. They take your order and do not fulfill it and have very poor customer service. I reached out by e-mail several times asking about my order status. I also called the New York number. Someone with a strong accent answered and said "hello". No greeting with the name of the company, etc. It sounded like I was calling someone in their living room in another country. The person was condescending when I asked if it was in fact NVN marine. They said they would ask the warehouse and would call back. They never did. I sent a 4th e-mail and finally received a reply by someone who said it's Monday and they are busy. That's it. I'm now out $2,225, no trolling motor, and filing a complaint with the USAA credit card company and the BBB.

Check BBB.org They have an F score!!! On Oct 26, 2024 I have purchased two fenders and two hydraulic table legs. The fenders were two large for my purpose and the hydraulic legs came in damaged. The items were returned to the seller. For about four weeks we were going back and fourth about them issuing a refund. Even though I have written confirmation that they have received the items. As of March 3rd 2025 they still refuse to issue a refund totaling over $1,847.97. Rude to the point of threatening customer service. All of the reviews on their website seem to be fake. Avoid this "company" at all costs.

They provided me a RMA for an order, but claimed the return was damaged yet the pictures they sent showed the product undamaged and they would not allow UPS to come inspect the product to where I could make a claim on the shipment (I insured the return). I've been asking them to send me the item back since and they won't return my voicemails (nobody answers) and won't response to my emails, either. TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!

I placed an order in June for two items, one was shipped immediately. I waited for 2 months for the other item to ship and finally contacted the company as I was never given an ETA and their website showed the product in stock. They said they canceled my order, never notified me, and even though they cancelled the order they did not refund me until asked. I suspect they make a lot of money by quietly canceling orders and hoping customers forget to demand refunds.

i have been trying to contact someone about warranty on my dual pro sentinel 10 charger/maintainer. all i need is a new power adaptor. can someone get the ball rolling. i need this maintainer working to keep our batteries charged up.

I ordered a Garmin XD24 heading sensor. I received. I got RMA and returned within time. ( I also purchased a Steady Cast & received). After 12 attempts to call (no answer), email 6 times, still no respose or refund on my $250 purchase. Scam? I purchased a order of $3,000 and needed to return three of the items which added up to approximately $300. I have contacted customer service and left messages at least 6 times, I have emailed several times also to find out how I can return the items and get refunded. Not one time has a person called back or emailed. Of course now the return days are up. I am contacting my credit card company to have the entire amount disputed. In today's world how hard is it to email the information...but now I look at the reviews and it seems this is a repetitive behavior.
