Seller was very concerned about my experience with shipping and reached out to me for a chat. She explained it, and how USPS sets the rates (and the rates have gone up substantially) and that's pretty much out of their control. Anyway, I felt better after the call and as far as the detox tea I've been using, I like it. It's mild and tastes nice--no side effects. I also mistakenly bought the TeePee for bladder health not knowing it is made for men and their prostate health. She told me to give it to a man that I think could benefit from it and she refunded me for it, even though it was my mistake. Excellent customer service from this company which is a rare thing these days.
