Love their customer service and the kind handwritten thank you notes they send with every order! I especially like when they let me know they have an upcoming sale on their products!

Ruth, thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We wish we could offer free shipping. As a Small Business we are dealing with many increased costs on our end as we maintain the quality of our wonderful Nuwati Products. That is why we offer random sales throughout the year and 15% off reorders. Next time you order why don't you give us a call to place your order and ask for Kimberly. I would love to hear your voice and take your order directly.
