We are sorry that you think the quality of our products have changed. The recipes are the same as when we started in business 20 years ago and we continue to use quality ingredients. We have not packaged our tea in glass jars for 14 years. They are in food grade PET quality jars. These are natural products and do not have an unlimited shelf life. That is also true of the creams. I did respond to you on another review to give us a call with the batch number on the cream so that we can check it out and possibly replace your jar. It would be based on how old the product is. We are dedicated to producing quality products and using quality ingredients. We are happy to chat with you further if you want to give us a call.
