Thanks Renee for the kind words and for sharing Indian Blanket Balm with your sister. It contains herbs for circulation, warmth, pain and penetration. It is our Best-Selling Balm for sure! I don't know what size you purchased but it does come in a 1oz tin and a larger 4 oz size to save our customers money.
