Sadly, I think the quality has gone downhill since I originally started using the products. So I only give it four stars instead of five. I preferred my teas in the glass jars. It seem to keep its potency longer. And the cream tends to spoil if not ised fast enough now
Response from Nuwati Herbals, Inc.Dec 27, 2022
We are sorry that you think the quality of our products have changed. The recipes are the same as when we started in business 20 years ago and we continue to use quality ingredients. We have not packaged our tea in glass jars for 14 years. They are in food grade PET quality jars. These are natural products and do not have an unlimited shelf life. That is also true of the creams. I did respond to you on another review to give us a call with the batch number on the cream so that we can check it out and possibly replace your jar. It would be based on how old the product is. We are dedicated to producing quality products and using quality ingredients. We are happy to chat with you further if you want to give us a call. We do want you to be happy with your Nuwati Herbals products. Thank you.

Absolutely love these products. The Healer tea is especially the best. It helps my asthma so much. Never want to be without it.

Thanks Beth for the positive feedback on our product line! The Healer Tea that supports the Respiratory and Immune System is the best selling Nuwati product! We also make Four Direction Balm that teams up with The Healer. It contains many of herbs in The Healer Tea and can be put in pockets and purses while on the go. The balm is designed to go under the nose, back of the neck and on the temples.
