We highly recommend NuVet! We’ve been using NuVet Plus Canine wafers since 2013 for our yellow lab who is over 11yrs old!

I ordered 2 bottles of Nuvet vitamins based on our breeder’s recommendation. The first order was returned to Nuvet undelivered because Nuvet did not follow my address label instructions. They resent the order but the second order was also returned to Nuvet because they once again messed up the address. I asked for a refund, which they provided but “because of company policy” they would NOT refund the $6 shipping charge! Huh? You messed up the shipping label twice and you expect ME to pay YOU $6 for shipping? Companies hire humans rather than robots because humans have the capacity to make exceptions to policies when circumstances warrant. This is one of those clear circumstances. Your customer service folks could use a little training in fairness and enlightenment. Responsive yes, intelligent no!

Our breeder recommend Nuvet products. Their products are great our GSD is doing very well. He's only 18 months old and thriving. Nuvet customer service is top notch in every way.

Every morning Phoebe gets up and wants her vitamin first thing. It is a routine that has been going on for over 4years.

You folks got the item into the mail promptly. It was USPS that sent the package all over the place making it arrive a week later! Love you. Hate the mail. 😜

Very easy to place orders. The product is amazing and makes a difference in my dog. They must taste good because he eats them with no issues like a treat. Overall great product and keeping my Doberman on these.
