Nuvet is the first subscription program I use who does not contact in advance that my order will be shipping in case the customer wants to make a change. The order was shipped yesterday and “if customer forgets to cancel…will cost them 20% destruction fee”. I will take responsibility…but think it not good customer service

I used this product on recommendation from the breeder. It's expensive so I decided to order it by subscription of one initially. But the shipping cost adds up so I then changed it to a one time order of 4 cans. Their system did not take me off the subscription, I just stated receiving 4 cans at close to 200 a shipment. Wen I called to get it corrected the only thing they would offer is a refund was on the last shipment. I sent it back as instructed. I was told the other 8 cans I was stuck with and that I could freeze it to keep the product integrity. I have a 9 pound dog, it will last me years. Three weeks after shipping the product I receive an email asking why I sent it back return to sender. I called to explain I did what I was told to get a refund on at least that shipment. I was then you'd there is ko record of my contact. I said that's impossible because whoever I spoke to fixed their autship error. I was told a manager would I to review it. I just received a message saying I will get an 80% refund on their product they claim lasts for years. Also I was never told in my first phone call that the refund would be partial. I would never order from this company again. Again, when I made the switch from a dingle can to multiple, I double check to make sure the auto ship was not selected do it was an issue on their end. Edit: to respond, I took it off autoship when I changed to the multi pack. It showed that on my end, that it was a sinlge order of 4. When I called to ask why I was receiving the product on auto ship I was told 1) nothing could be done with the 2nd set of 4 I received but that "it lasts forever, just freeze it". With the third box of 4, I was told to send back for a refund. I did that, then was told told "we have no record of your call" and also told I'd only receive an 80% refund. I was told neither on my phone call that "there is no record of". If you still want to use this product, just do not use the autoship. I did reach out to the breeder to tell her she should caution her clients. This is Trust Pilot, and after my experience I would caution people trust your company.

Maike our Weimaraner is now 11 and a half she has been on the vitamins since she was 4 months old she is well aging but she seems healthy and happy and I think it's partially because of the vitamins thank you

I have been ordering NuVet supplements for my Goldendoodle since 2022 when I brought him home. The breeder recommended it. I set up the auto ship so that he never runs out, and emails alert me when the order has been filled, and it arrives in less than a week. It was very easy to set up, and my dog loves taking his supplement. I just give it to him as a treat in the evening.

The breeder I purchased my Frenchie from had this as a requirement for their health guarantee. I was so impressed with the product that I put all of my dogs on it.
