Meh . . .
I really didn't see any marked difference while taking it vs. not taking it, even when I took it for a while. Sometimes, yes. But not always, and not for the price. So I quit taking it. But this is my biggest issue with them. I am (was) on auto pay. You can call and pause your subscription. However, if you want to pause or cancel the subscription, you're going to get the last order. For example, I got an email "confirmation" reminder that stated as follows: "Please take a moment to review your order. If you think there is anything inaccurate, please call our friendly customer service at 1-800-883-3144 or visit our Contact Us page. We want to get any issues resolved quickly so you can start experiencing the product." That email arrived at 1:05 a.m. That was immediately followed by another email that stated: "Please take a moment to review your order. If you think there is anything inaccurate, please call our friendly customer service at 1-800-883-3144 or visit our Contact Us page. We want to get any issues resolved quickly so you can start experiencing the product." That also arrived at 1:05 a.m. I sent them an email at 6:13 a.m. the same day asking them to cancel the order. I received a reply at 8:59 a.m. stating "Autoship cancellations can only be done by calling our customer service number and speaking to a representative before your next order is processed. We kindly ask that you please contact us directly at 1-800-883-3144. This procedure is in place to safeguard your personal information and to confirm your identity in a secure manner." When I called in at 8:55 a.m. they did cancel the order, but the order was already processing and the said they cannot cancel it. In other words, their shipping process is intentionally designed so as to maximize their profits by not giving the consumer ample time to cancel or otherwise modify their order. It was the same way when I paused my order a couple of times. That order is going out regardless of what the consumer wants. That alone is enough reason for me to cancel the autopay subscription. If you utilize that feature you would be wise to put a reminder in your phone a week before it ships so if you want to cancel or pause your order, you have time to do so.
