I was blown away by this
I was blown away by this! The packaging, the freshness, the position, and the flavors were beyond my expectation. What was initially a “ let me give this a try” has turned into a “gotta have.” The food is delicious

Food is delicious
Just a week of eating with this service. Got both pescatarian and vegan subscriptions for 6x/week meals. Food is delicious. Very filling. On 1600 calories, you won’t be hungry at all. As a person used to eating chocolate croissants and other unhealthy things, it’s an adjustment to eating all these vegetables, but hope after a few months, I will see it as a normal way to eat. Most of the calories are in the dinner meal. I signed up for this during COVID-19 shelter-in-place to minimize grocery store visits. Given we expect to be doing this for a few months, I really hope to see health improvements in 3 months, esp related to inflammation. I do wish there was a way to reuse the packaging.

Not as flavorful as I'd hoped
I love healthy cuisine and wanted to love this service. Unfortunately, I found the flavors bland and the dishes, though beautiful to look at, not as tasty as other healthy meal prep services like Hungry Root. The dishes I received tasted "healthy" in the negative connotation with lots of chewing on fibrous foods. Maybe it's just me, but I like a kick of flavor in any direction. The breakfasts are very carb heavy and if you don't have a blender and extra ingredients that they don't provide like bananas, pineapple, etc, you can't make the green juice smoothie. I assumed that the juice would already be prepared and come in a bottle. A lot of these meals would be great for a commuter or as someone who is taking lunch to work. However there is a lot of excess packaging and lots of extra plastic.
