I was very pleased with my order. I was skeptical about the freshness of ordering food for three days in the mail. Especially seafood. The seafood was very cold when I received it. The packaging was easy to unwrap and clearly marked. The seafood and produce stayed fresh from the first day to the last. The recipes were very easy to make and were delicious.

Nutritious Meals, great Fish quality. instant breakfast oatmeal for Breakfast is too sweet and not nutrition optimal...Steel cut groats with fresh fruit would make more sense.
