Every meal is amazing. We Absolutely love Nutrition for Longevity. Also appreciate, with our schedules, that we can delay or cancel and reactivate when we need to.

The shipment I received looked nothing like the advertisements on IG, were not labeled or, and a couple of the meals were missing main ingredients.

Pleasantly surprised, very flavorful fish, imaginative food combinations. Container labeling could be made easier, ie., consult handbook for what Lunch 1 or Dinner 3 is took me longer than usual to understand. I love the Ready to Eat options! Thank you very much for thinking of those of us who just do not want to handle their food before eating it:) I will continue with the service. Better packaging than Hungryroot (leaking containers) or South Beach Diet (few taste-good items). Plus, I felt better nourished after one meal! Finally, are good I have never knowingly eaten before and enjoyed it.

Food did not arrive cold and was mostly spoiled. Too much plastic in the packaging.
Response from NutritionforlongevityAug 17, 2020
Thank you for your review Samantha! We have updated our boxing configuration so this should not be an issue moving forward. We value our customers voices and have taken some incredible steps in order to reduce plastic packaging such as, shipping the fish for our Double Serve Pescatarian option in 1 piece of packaging instead of 2. This will dramatically decrease the amount of plastic we use overall!
