Our goal is to give our customers the best experience they've ever had at a Nutrition Store so I'm sorry that didn't happen here Francisco. Looking at your conversation with our product specialist it appears you contacted us at 9:21AM today, we replied at 9:22AM, and you guys chatted back and forth until 9:35AM and then you sent in pictures of the damaged items. Looking at the pictures that were sent, the products are still sealed but dented so our specialist offered the fastest solution that would allow you to start using your items immediately by offering you a discount if you chose to keep the items. You declined and our specialist replied 5 minutes later with an offer to send replacements if you were uncomfortable using the products as they were received. You never replied to the offer for replacements but instead chose to leave this review. I'm sorry you feel that this equates to bad customer service but we always do our best to provide the best solution with the set of circumstances provided but we understand that there is always room for improvement. Our goal is to give customers the best experience they've ever had shopping at a nutrition store so I'm so sorry this didn't happen for you Brenda! I reviewed your initial email to us and it looks like you were concerned with the consistency of the Outright bars you purchased and our product specialist replied immediately with some tip that he received directly from the owner of Outright on how to soften the bars since Outright bars consistency does vary due to the ingredient profile. You replied telling us that you did not want Outright Bars from Nutrition Faktory any longer and that you were shopping somewhere else which took away our "next step" of sending a replacement. Again, I hate that your experience wasn't amazing as we pride ourselves on great service so don't hesitate to reach out if you change your mind and we can send you replacements.
