Sorry for any inconvenience here Ruben. You provided us with the wrong shipping address, we paid to ship to that address, delivery was attempted to that address, and now your order shows it is being returned to us but it is still en route. Our customer service agent explained that once the item is actually returned to us we would process a refund. This is pretty standard in retail but again I apologize for any inconvenience here.

Thanks for sharing your experience Edward. I just reviewed your order and it appears you ordered on Sunday, October 13th, your order was packed the first business day on Monday, October 14th, and due to the 14th being a holiday (Columbus Day), your order was picked up on Tuesday, October 15th (yesterday). It appears your shipment tracking hadn't updated as of today at 1:41PM (which isn't uncommon after a holiday pick-up) when you first reached out to us via text and our Senior Product Specialist replied 35 minutes later letting you know he'd contact UPS for an update. We have no other record of you attempting to contact us prior to today and your shipment is en route with an estimated delivery day of Saturday, October 19th, so I'm not sure where the disconnect is here since 3-5 business days is normal shipping time from Tennessee to Idaho. In the future feel free to email me directly at [email protected] (I'm the owner), and I'll do my best to get back to you faster than Josh did but we always ship out orders the same business day they're placed and we'll continue to give the best discounts in the industry so we can save you more money than the suppliers you mentioned above :)

Our goal is to give our customers the best experience they've ever had at a Nutrition Store so I'm sorry that didn't happen here Francisco. Looking at your conversation with our product specialist it appears you contacted us at 9:21AM today, we replied at 9:22AM, and you guys chatted back and forth until 9:35AM and then you sent in pictures of the damaged items. Looking at the pictures that were sent, the products are still sealed but dented so our specialist offered the fastest solution that would allow you to start using your items immediately by offering you a discount if you chose to keep the items. You declined and our specialist replied 5 minutes later with an offer to send replacements if you were uncomfortable using the products as they were received. You never replied to the offer for replacements but instead chose to leave this review. I'm sorry you feel that this equates to bad customer service but we always do our best to provide the best solution with the set of circumstances provided but we understand that there is always room for improvement. Our goal is to give customers the best experience they've ever had shopping at a nutrition store so I'm so sorry this didn't happen for you Brenda! I reviewed your initial email to us and it looks like you were concerned with the consistency of the Outright bars you purchased and our product specialist replied immediately with some tip that he received directly from the owner of Outright on how to soften the bars since Outright bars consistency does vary due to the ingredient profile. You replied telling us that you did not want Outright Bars from Nutrition Faktory any longer and that you were shopping somewhere else which took away our "next step" of sending a replacement. Again, I hate that your experience wasn't amazing as we pride ourselves on great service so don't hesitate to reach out if you change your mind and we can send you replacements. Sorry to hear you didn't love your preworkout Steven! I know all of the pump ingredients in PrePhase can cause some clumping but please let us know if the product isn't usable and we'll make it right!
