Sorry for any confusion here Eric. You ordered the Strawberry Mango so we shipped the Strawberry Mango and as our customer service manager told you we were more than happy to ship you the Monster Berry and a return label for the Strawberry Mango if you wanted to swap them out. We do our best to ship customer the items they order but we are also always willing to help a customer even if they make a mistake :)

Although most shipments from Nutrition Faktory do in fact arrive in 2 business days, it looks like you chose our flat rate shipping which states in parenthesis right next to it 2-5 days. It appears you ordered on Sunday evening, December 18th, and your order shipped out immediately on the 1st business day, December 19th, arriving 4 days later on Friday, December 23rd. UPS was a bit slower during the holidays so I'm sure normal ship time to your location will be 2-3 days moving forward. Thanks for sharing your experience and have a Happy New Year!

It looks like your order was placed on a Saturday evening, shipped immediately on a Monday morning (since USPS isn't open on Sundays), and arrived 3 days later from Tennessee to California. Glad to hear you loved your product Teresa!
