Thanks for the feedback Josh, we always appreciate an opportunity to improve. I see you've ordered from us before, looks like you ordered back in November on a Sunday, your order shipped on Monday and arrived 3 business days later (Thanksgiving in between) so it took 3 business days to arrive. Your most recent order got delayed due to the snowstorm so it took 4 business days to arrive (your order was placed on President's Day) so I do apologize for the 1-day delay. We ship all orders placed before 2pm out the same day and normal delivery time is 2-3 business days barring any delays. In the future feel free to contact us directly is you have questions or concerns so we can make it right. Thanks!

After prompt response and professionalism, I decided to wait an extra few days for my package. I understand that delivery can be delayed, but was just expecting very prompt delivery from reviews I've read.

Hi Allan, I'm SO sorry to hear about your delay! You ordered on February 19th at 11:51pm, your order was packed and shipped the next business day, and we paid for Priority Mail which is normally 2 business days to your location. USPS tracking shows arriving late so it should arrive soon or we can ship a replacement asap if you prefer. We're known for fast shipping nationwide but unfortunately sometimes shippers run into delays....fortunately we always make it right so in the future please contact us directly so we have that opportunity.
