I have been using the Nutrisense program for 4 months with the add-on nutritionist support. I can highly recommend the program. I am pre- diabetic and felt out of control of my health. The awareness of how foods were impacting me as well as the knowledgeable and kind support from Karen, my assigned coach, helped me to get back control of my health and my metabolism. I am down 26 pounds even though weight loss was not my main goal. I feel much better and understand how and what to eat. I can whole heartedly recommend this program to anyone looking for insight into their blood sugar management.

Even though it was a bit disconcerting stepping into a foreign world with its own scientific jargon there were a lot of tools to reference in order to navigate the app and quickly gain a comprehension of the information. My absolute favorite part was the calorie tracking feature. It really put my diet into perspective and helped me to lose that last 15 pounds of belly fat. I loved how I could just scan a barcode or type in a popular brand and the macros and would just populate for me. Even creating an ingredient was very simple.
