great customer care
Not only great products but also great customer care! I'm not diabetic but wanted to learn how my body responses to different foods (especially junk foods). It is great to see what/how my body goes through the whole day VS just a few points(with glucose meter). I got to learn and understand how my body works. What en eye opening! For the customer service, this has been the best experience I have ever had BY FAR. The representative named Juan was the best. He responded to my questions/concerns so quickly and made sure that everything was taken care of. Two nutritionists, Emma and Mia(Amelia) were so knowledgeable they helped me a lot to understand the science of health. They also gave me great suggestions and links that are really helpful and practical. If everybody could have the Nutrisense, the whole system of health& food industries would been so much better because everyone would have been so much healthier.
