I found nutrisense super valuable in managing my PCOS. It shed light on my blood sugar levels and helped with weight loss and energy levels. I succeeded in losing ten lbs and hope to lose 5 more with the strategies I’ve learned. I used the tool for 3 months and only had one episode of the sensor not working properly. The company shipped a replacement right away. I would love to continue using but it’s too expensive. I think I’ll take a break and possibly use again in another 6 months as a check point.

Overall it’s been a good experience with Nutrisense. The product itself works well as advertised and it’s been super helpful for me to learn about my body and metabolism. I had an issue with billing which was super frustrating because once a CGM is shipped it can’t be returned even if it isn’t opened and even if it wasn’t requested. However customer service was really helpful and tried their best to give other options including a partial refund. In the end, it worked out even though it was more money than I planned on spending. It was a glitch in the system so I imagine this doesn’t happen often ands I was still able to use all of the devices so it was worth it.

When I first signed up the Libre 3 monitors were backordered nationwide so my first delivery was delayed by almost a month. There were also some issues with completion of my health history to qualify for shipment but the customer service was excellent and responsive to these issues putting my account on pause until my first shipment went out. They even issued a credit on my account for the problem of not having the monitors in stock. To solve the issue of completion of the health history required interaction with customer service again and I received excellent customer service advice which required uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also had trouble following a video for application of my monitor which was for an older version that required assembly and arming. While inspecting my newer ready to apply device I inadvertently activated the application sleeve, exposing the monitor. I thought I could apply it manually, which I did by squeezing it into place. It activated but I never got readings so I contacted customer support again and explained what happened and they helped me troubleshoot it to ultimately find it was “misapplied”. So I applied the 2nd monitor that was shipped and it has worked like a charm. After a week of wearing it and eating my normal diet I have learned a few things about changing the timing of what I eat to see improvements in avoiding glucose spikes and spending more time in the “Green zone” without actually changing what I eat, as well as improving my daily score. They also sent me a replacement very quickly for the one I had misapplied. So after a few missteps early on with the help of great customer service I am very pleased with how it’s working.

Customer service rep, Jennifer, was very helpful in resolving my issues. However, overall, I'm a little disappointed with the being charged full price without receiving all the benefits of the Nutrisense app because my cgm was never able to integrate successfully

i had a sensor failure which occurred in degrading accuracy over several days, with a final very large degradation in accuracy. i removed and replaced the sensor early. Upon contacting Nutrisense, they gave a response that i was only in need of a calibration. That was a silly answer that didnt really consider what had happened and i asked for help in escalating the issue. Nutrisense quickly handled my request and made sure i got full value for what i had paid for. I appreciate their quick response and understanding and desire to ensure customer satisfaction. I would have given five stars if they had done a thorough initial review to truly consider what was happening with the sensor's degradation and avoided the escalation. My overall experience with Nutrisense has been positive, and things like the counseling with Yanni have been exceptional

Just starting this journey. Emails 1, 2, and 3 very helpful to read and get started. Videos have helpful for this newbie too. Nutrition appointment before start helpful. Looking forward to next convo with nutrition in future.

I am pretty new to Nutrisense. I have enjoyed the emails about ways to eat healthy. So far I have had a great experience with their customer support.

It was very helpful to get a free sensor set on the last one came off as they are very expensive I'm on disability and I do believe these sensors are too expensive but I need the information but I'm very grateful that you were able to send me a free sensor and I am very grateful for the help of the support team they have been very kind thank you
