Absolutely horrible company. Hidden and confusing charges. False promises that their dubious video calls with health professionals are covered by insurance - They aren’t generally. They charge way more for cgm sensors than you can buy them directly from Dexcom directly. They fraudulently lock you into a six month program that they only make clear when you try to cancel when you realize THERE IS NO VALUE. This is a tired and desperate brand trying to be relevant in the glp world. And they resort to shady marketing. Stay away.

Beware of their scam. I tried their app for 1 day, using their 3 days free trial. $49 a month after that. Cancelled as it was not very helpful for me. Didn't receive any confirmation via email but didn't think much of it. A month later they charged me $75 out of the blue. Not even $49, but more! Support never responded to a single email. Filed a dispute with my credit card but didn't even have a confirmation I cancelled thanks to these sneaky scammers who didn't send anything to prove it. Guess what? They didn't respond to me but they sure responded to my bank and I lost my dispute. I don't know what they provided to the bank but I didn't commit to anything but a free trial. Stay away.

First, customer service was unable to walk me thru setting it up so I lost a full week of usage. Additionally, the representative I dealt with lied about the cost. hen she lied and said I couldn't use Stelo on its own but required Nutrisense. I got ripped off.

Subscription packages are misleading. I tried to cancel within the first week when I realized how much it would be monthly and was told it would cost me $200. I paid to cut my losses then I look up and I am still being charged for nutrition services. I thought when I canceled the program that everything was cancelled, but that’s not the case. Very unhappy!

Used Nutrisense in 2021 and 2022 and loved it. Tried it this month and it’s a far cry from the program it used to be. You used to get 1:1 texting with a coach included. It cost less then and the sensor could be calibrated within the app for accuracy. I loved it. Now it comes with the Stelo which has issues with the adhesive and comes off early, can’t be calibrated and was often off on its readings. Not only do you have to pay $100 more a month now for the coaching but the app is more about what else you can purchase over your readings. You have to scroll through two ads to go from your chat to current reading. It’s obnoxious. And you also have to download the Stelo app along with the Nutrisense app. And it doesn’t tell you anything Stelo doesn’t tell you unless you’re paying all the extra fees for anything more than the basic reading. Don’t waste your time on this. There are so many less expensive CGM programs out there now. Customer service was very helpful when I asked to cancel early but that’s as positive a review as I can give.

I was looking for help with a low b6, low fodmap diet. I was disappointed that everything is AI generated or data you can find on the internet. The dietitian told me straight out that all of the meal plans are AI generated and when I said that all of the meals had high b6 foods I was told she couldn’t redo the plan until next week. Whenever I asked questions she would browse the internet and then present the screen where she found the answer. Waste of money.

This company is not honest in their subscription practices. I tried to cancel the subscription the same day once I found out what it was and how much they wanted to charge me. It came up in a facebook ad, and I didn't realize it was a subscription to help review sensors I already pay for. I thought I was giving them information so I can see how much they would charge me to get the sensors from them and use their app the same way I us freestyle libre. The was Dec. 30, Now Jan. 5th I will not be given a refund because they process it on 2nd... so no way to cancel 31st, Jan.1st... do not use this company!!!

A few years ago, I tried Nutrisense and got the Dexcom CGM. It worked great. I only had a problem with one of them. Since then I have reenlisted and they have sent the Stelo CGM. I have had nothing but problems with them. I can’t get one of them to last for more than seven days. I asked for a different kind and they said that there was no such thing. I can’t believe I’m the only one having problems with them. This is the sixth one I’ve used. Very disappointed. And out a lot of money.
