Nutrisense is a total waste of time and money, especially if you take insulin.
You spend a lot of time going through the questions, submit payment and copy of Driver's License and get rejected for being on insulin at the very end, AFTER they charge your credit card and have your Driver's License. Now you wasted an hour or more and they have enough information to steal your identity and your credit card. The phone number provided on the invoice goes to an anonymous voicemail. At this point it seems like a scam. If not, why wouldn't they ask you if you are on insulin first? Unless they are really just trying to obtain personal information to use or sell.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your feedback regarding the onboarding process. At Nutrisense, we take the safety and security of our customers very seriously, which is why we have implemented an identity verification process for all of our prescription orders. This process is required by law to ensure that we are only providing prescription medication to individuals who have been properly diagnosed and have a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider. You can read more about this in our article Why do I Need to Upload My ID? We understand that the identity verification process can be frustrating, but it is an important step in ensuring that our members receive the proper treatment and that we are complying with all relevant laws and regulations. I did reach out your way directly to connect on your concerns and would be happy to get all your information removed since you were not eligible for the program, additionally I will be sharing your experience with our internal feedback channel to improve how we communicate eligibility from the beginning. I look forward to connecting soon. Best, Mariano at Nutrisense
