The shipping and return policy and process is a joke. When the order is wrong and you need to return the item, it will cost you additional money. First you pay shipping. Then you pay for insurance IN CASE you need to return the item. Then when you go to make the return, they charge as much for pickup as the product (multivitamins in this case) costs. If you want to pack it back up and take it to a shipper yourself, you will still have to put in a credit card to proceed through checkout. Definately NOT worth the few cents cheaper.

I ordered Vanilla Whey Isolate and it is not isolate. It is regular whey. I intentionally get isolate so that it doesn't have the chaulky taste and texture of regular whey when added to oatmeal and shakes. I don't trust this company. I can't find a way to leave a review on their website or to ready any comments on the products review. That doesn't inspire confidence.

I requested a certificate of analysis on a resveratrol product. I ended up placing the order before receiving the COA as I wanted to use the 40% off promo before it expired. The COA showed nothing about the purity or concentration of the product, only that is was within limits of various poisons such as arsenic. I requested to return the remaining 5 bottles of product. I received an automated response to "hang tight, your return is under review" and it noted the $11 return fee. Two weeks have passed and not a word from this company. I will never purchase anything from this sham company again. Update: I received a return authorization within 1 hour of posting my review. Although the return label was issued on 12/15/25, it was dated from 12/4/25 with a deadline of 1/1/26 which was not a problem as I sent the items out the next day. I received credit upon delivery, less $11.19 for UPS shipping charges.

Company sells garbage!!! BUYER BEWARE. I emailed them and asked about their COAs. They will not provide any COA. If you’re reading this, that should be enough for you not to buy anything from them. I’m all set. They say their products are 3rd party tested but won’t supply a COA. HUGE RED FLAG 🚩 They are likely buying their products in China and having a US lab manufacture them. Or should I say fill the bottles. People, spend the extra money and got your products from known company. Not shilling for anyone, but there are so many long standing companies.

If you want your shipment within a week, you better order 2 months in advance. These guys DO NOT get in a hurry.

I ordered two bottles of NMN from Nutricost. It took forever to ship, and when it finally arrived, they only sent one bottle — yet they charged me for both. I tried contacting customer service: their listed phone number doesn’t exist (it literally says “number not found”), and their email goes unanswered. I have sent multiple emails with no response. This is not just bad service, it’s non-existent service. I’ve been left with a partial order and no way to get a refund, and it’s clear this company has zero interest in customer satisfaction. Avoid Nutricost — they are unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive.

I can why Nutricost is currently on the receiving end of several class action lawsuits claiming the co mislabels its products(plural). Customer service is impossible to reach over the phone I emailed them to request certificates of analysis for 2 of their supplements.Citing proprietary concerns they emailed me back they cant do that. All they could do is show me the product had no contaminants. BIG red flag when any supplement co wont show you a COA crucial for proving the authenticity and dosage of ingredients in a dietary supplement. Too bad they're weren't always like this but they really have gone down the toilet
