Ordered through Amazon 10 days ago and was to get delivery within 2 days. Now, 8 days after the delivery date, Amazon say the order is "awaiting approval." I did not receive any notification about a delay and Amazon customer service (almost certainly AI) was of little use. Looking at the other reviews on this website, I think Amazon should quit carrying this vendor.

Very bad customer service. Have been trying for days to get them on the phone, no one ever picks up. I put in a ticket multiple days ago and no response. I've been calling for days now and they give me a wait time of 20+ mins and then i wait the 20 mins and then they say sorry were busy please leave a voicemail. Solid supplements and price but terrible customer service.

I opened my new container of nutricost electrolytes. It made my eyes water, and I coughed. Says on package made USA! ( with ingredients sourced from around the world......china?) Try calling them, good luck!

I bought Nutricost because of their advertised 60-day money-back guarantee. What I didn't realize until after purchasing was that it only applies to unopened products, unless it's your first return. I requested a refund on July 11. After days of slow responses and unnecessary back-and-forth, I was finally sent a link to request a return. I submitted it...and now the return itself is "pending approval." Why? If you've already told me to submit a return request, why does it need to be approved before I can even get return instructions? It's now been 4 days waiting for approval just to send the product back. The entire process has been frustratingly slow and unnecessarily complicated. I regret not just ordering from Amazon

I had a standing order for five pounds containers of unflavored whey protein. Recently I received two that were apparently made from soured milk. I could put up with some bottles that had problems with causing clumps but this was a deal breaker!

Very disappointing experience with Nutricost’s transparency. I repeatedly asked for detailed information about the sourcing of the eggshell membrane ingredient and any available contaminant or safety testing documentation for the specific lot I purchased. I provided the lot number. My request was initially rejected, and I was later told that an order number was required—even after I explained that I had purchased the product through iHerb, not directly from Nutricost. As a consumer, I find it deeply concerning when multiple follow-ups are needed just to try to obtain basic product and testing information. If a company makes strong claims about quality and testing, clear and substantive answers should not be this difficult to obtain. After several attempts, my questions remain unanswered. This experience has seriously undermined my trust in Nutricost’s transparency. I have given up and will not purchase the product again.
