Had one container of Glycine busted when it arrived.

I have generally been satisfied with the level of customer service, with a couple of notable exceptions. First, on more than one occasion, I have checked out with an order, only to find out after the fact that the item was out of stock. What was really annoying was the fact that I was not notified of the out of stock hold being placed on my order, I had to check the status of my order and call them to find out what was going on. I feel that I should have received an automated reply immediately notifying me of the hold on my order. Secondly, the shipping rates and delivery times to the west coast, where I live, are a bit outrageous in my opinion, and because of that I am seeking alternative sources for some of the items I order regularly.
