I really enjoy the quality of this company's products, as well as the promptness of delivery. I have bought from them for about 10 years now and have never had any issues. The only detail I wish they would fix is their ALPHA LIPOIC ACID ("ALA"). I only take R-ALA, not the S & R racemic mixture (50-50), as the "S" form may counter the benefits of "R" and the "R" is the only bioactive form that the body uses. It's amazing how many high end companies only make products containing regular ALA. Because of how important this anti-oxidant is, with all its incredible properties, only the best should be taken. Hopefully, Nutrabio will get on the bandwagon and fix this particular product - as I have previously requested them to do.

I am upset with the shipping methods, and packing used. The containers came about half way full of powder, which is idiodic because it is a online business. I ordered looking at X grams of material for Y price, not how big the package was. It's a psychological trick to package things like this, but to me it seems like a non sequitur. This is annoying because it drives up shipping costs which are imparted to the consumer thus creating an incentive to order less. It also incentivizes the consumer to choose cheaper methods of shipping which ends up causing the products to degrade. The product ends up more impure than advertised. I ordered some N-acetylcystine, it smelled strongly of sulphur decomposition products (I am a chemist), and it was made only a month before I ordered it. In addition, the unflavored branched chain amino acid powder I ordered did not smell good, it's supposed to notacebly smell like the levo stereoisomer(nice smelling, the nose is chiral), but that was not the case. I will take my business elsewhere because companies like this are a dime a dozen until I find a source that meets my criteria. The didn't put a dessicant in the N-acetylcystine bottle either which is another reason why it decomposed. The use of dessicants are standard operating procedure, and this is an amateur mistake.

Awesome product with a great taste (vanilla) and ideal for lactose intolerant persons. Not many companies take into consideration how clean and pure their ingredients are or how much they disclose what's inside the power. Nutrabio's full disclosure, fast shipping and customer support makes them my go-to choice when it comes to my health and well being.

I have really enjoyed using their quality supplements over the last several years. Its nice to know that the label is accurate and you know what you are putting into your body. That said their prices appear to be climbing and I'm not sure I will be able to continue using them much longer. It will be my loss, but there is only so much extra i can afford to spend on supplements. I give 4 stars on the product but only three stars on the value.

I really like your products, but I have to stick to the flavorless proteins because of the artificial sweetener sucralose. Get rid of it! It's not any better than sugar. It really isn't. Do the research. Don't sacrifice integrity and quality for profit. I guarantee that if you offer flavored whey without any sweetners, people will still buy. This way you are giving them control by allowing them to choose the type of sweetners they want to use.
