I find it so frustrating whenever I call or email customer service I get the same rude person. Only once did I get a different person that I actually hung up with feeling good about the amazing amount of money I spend on their products. NutraBio has the best supplements I have ever found. And can't stand someone that makes me feel pissed off for shopping with them.

Been buying from NutraBio for a few years now and never had an issues. The whey protein isolate is the purest out there. No whey concentrate mixed in like everyone else's. I use the micellar casein at nite and the whey isolate after my workout. it the best stud out there. also use extreme nitric stack a few other products. love that they have no fillers or additives and they don't use those stupid proprietary blend listing on their labels. A++++++++ for this company.

I've been using NutraBio products for over a year, and honestly, depending on the vitamin, mineral, bodybuilding, or herbal supplement, it's great that you can buy in bulk and be assured there aren't any fillers. For example, I've been using their BCAA powder, and while I've tried multiple BCAA powders in the past, I've found they're often sweetened with artificial sweeteners and or have stuff like soy lecithin or other junk to make the mix seem fuller. NutraBio's BCAA has three ingredients, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. That's it. I've also been using Guarana in the powder form for energy and like the BCAA, there's one ingredient. I've just started to buy other products from NutraBio and in most cases I've received my products in less than a week. I would absolutely recommend their products to anyone who is looking for clean and simple supplements that you can buy in bulk.

I ordered my nutribio protein powder and after 12 days they sent me an email saying it's just shipped. I called them twice. First time I was waiting 15 mins and they never responded. Second time I was waiting 10 mins and no response from a customer representative. I emailed them twice and no response whatsoever. What kind of shitty company and customer service is this??? I got my protein powder after 17 days and ... I will NEVER EVER order anything again.

Now 196 days without a review - Previously some 20+/- per month (80% good ) Why have the reviews dried up ? As a potential customer i'd appreciate knowing the situation. As the man said bad publicity is still publicity! so it don't make sense if they and their apparently v.good products are still rolling.
