It was a quick and nice experience, the only thing was it wouldn't let me change from a brand name to the office brand name so it would be easier for me to afford.

Haven’t had any issues so far with the company outside of delayed response on messages and slight frustration of out of pocket costs while using insurance. If you’re on an HSA, they are not considered in network and as such you will end up paying a percentage after testing, which takes more than a month to get the bill from the lab they use. Other than that testing was easy to do and quick results, also was able to work with a gyn on any issues that had to be resolved through pharmacy and etc. Makes it more convenient when you’re not able to make it into an actual office.
