PLEASE READ BEFORE CONDUCTING BUSINESS WITH THIS FRAUD COMPANY. This company is FRAUD. They will try to take your money without authorization. I paid $35 for the monthly, I then get a notification they tried charging $125 9 days later WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. The site is very untrustworthy, it forces you to leave a credit card on file (which I never trust because of this matter). Luckily I used a credit card and my bank is great with fraud / refund transactions. Save yourself and do not trust this company. I should’ve read the reviews first before getting tied into this mess with them. After reading these reviews it is evident this company is FRAUD BASED.

Malpractice? Failed to renew my prescription or follow up for 7 weeks. On being finally reached by phone after many hang-ups, their customer service apologized and promised to rush a prescription to my local pharmacy. Never did. No response to any messages for 4 days since.

It’s a scam! I fell for it paid $35 for consultation then they said my insurance wouldn’t cover any cost of rx (which I’ve never have had a problem I usually have a small copay) they were trying to charge me $60 for a cream they have it listed on google from nurx.com for $20 !! I emailed nurx.com with the screenshot of the price from their site on google and they never responded been 3days now. Save your time and money place is a Total scam

MY ORDER SAYS IT SHIPPED OVER 2 WEEKS AGO BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED ANYTHING AND I NEED MY MEDS! Everyday the date of delivery changes!!!!!!!!!!!! This is a FRAUD! They say they can’t do anything because it shipped but EVERYDAY THE DATE KEEPS GOING CHANGING. It first said it would be delivered almost a week ago and now it says next week !!! They are unwilling to help me get my RX! AVOID! Just had an update: the company below responded and said to reach out to them on that email… I DID DAYS AGO AND NO RESPONSE! So it’s not even a legit way to contact them.

Nurx has the RUDEST customer service people I’ve ever experienced. They keep messing up my prescription, mistake made on their end each month, and when I try to figure out why this keeps happening, I’m get spoken to with an attitude and hung up on. I call back and get another rude as* female with an attitude. If y’all hate your job so much, find another one bc you shouldn’t be dealing with people! Will be using a different company once my refills are out.

So frustrating!!! They charged me the $15 for the consultation but were unable to prescribe anything because of my insurance company. Fine whatever. I asked to cancel and refund my money since I never got a prescription and they refused to refund me!!! I used them previously for years and never had an issue and with my insurance change I can't use them and I'm being charged when I can't get a prescription???

Zero stars. They charged me full price for birth control after I had uploaded my insurance information and changed my settings to charge my insurance. When I reached out to their customer service they said I needed to also message them and let them know I had added my insurance information to the app. I was never once prompted or directed to do this. Also, why would a customer need to let them know that they had uploaded information and changed their settings in THEIR application? Makes no sense. Corrupt and incompetent business practices. Avoid at all costs. They are not BBB accredited and have ONE star on the BBB website. Many reviews echo my own review stating that they steal from their customers.

Absolutely horrible. Customer service agents are incredibly rude. My birth control is late for delivery EVERY single time. This time, it was three weeks late. This is messing up my cycle, obviously. I finally cancelled and will just get my BC from a doctor.
