Okay, customer service does suck. They do not respond to your messages through the account "messages" feature. But hear me out... I had an ongoing birth control script through Nurx and messaged them asking to change this to a different hormone combo due to my PCOS/hormonal imbalances causing chronic pain. They did not answer me. After a day or two, I submitted a request through the homepage for a new prescription and requested the new birth control I wanted. Someone wrote me back saying no, because I already had a current script. I responded asking them to /actually/ read my request instead of just canceling it, and also copy/pasted my same request into my message to the support team. After 1 day, I was contacted by Dr. Betty Acker and they changed my script for me without any push back, although they did warn me that one of my requested options was super expensive so we went for another option on my list of preferences. So, yes, the customer service team is lacking...but the medical professionals that work for Nurx do know what they are doing and are happy to help you. I'm on a new medication and my chronic pelvic/ovarian pain is virtually nonexistent now. I am grateful for this service.

Well, so far so good. the antibiotic seems to be having an impact on the Rosacea but there's still redness and it's too soon to tell if that will persist. A little more discussion about Rosacea would be nice regarding new treatments or research.

Would be 5 stars if you used a widely covered by insurance laboratory like LabCorp or Quest instead of someplace that insurance won't cover in network. Really need to change your lab provider or least offer choices. Otherwise, very good experience, quick responses, very communicative.
