They ask for your preferred name but ever since roe v wade was over turned they address me as my government name which I do not identify with. It’s the illusion of inclusion without any of the effort. Super not trans friendly.

They require a mandatory intake consultation fee even when they do not offer the services you are seeking then refuse to refund you. Scam company with predatory behavior. They didn't even review my intake paperwork either (which they claim is the reason they could not refund me) in any meaningful way. Without giving away too much of my personal medical information, it is clear to me they didn't bother reading through the intake they required me to complete or they would have asked about the history I disclosed. Instead, I received a generic response that they only offer mental health services and couldn't treat me for the reason I contacted them for. They then refused to refund me and after now researching reviews and complaints on the BBB, it's apparent this is a common practice of theirs. Medical providers with predatory behavior like this should be ashamed of themselves.

Unless you are 20yrs and in rhe best of shape this platform is absolutely useless And the doctor they use to assist is cold and uncaring. I went from having somewhat decent help to having none at all I would highly suggest avoiding working with Nurx

I was left without treatment and feeling totally exposed because my medication was delayed by a full week. The most startling thing is how little communication there is. Customer service is not a top priority for this company, as evidenced by the fact that no one contacted me to alert me to the delay.

I clearly stated I wanted to wait until I finished my current product (Tretinoin) before ordering the next tube and they processed the $90 order anyway and now I have too much of the product. This is the third time this has happened. And when I ask about a refund they claim they cannot, even if the product is unopened. Overall, this company uses aggressive subscription auto-renewal tactics and they charge customers for services and medication without explicit or real-time consent.
