The worst. Don’t do this! There are better sites to get birth control and other medications. The customer service and response times are insane. I waited 2 weeks for a medical provider to respond to my request. Then the medical provider asked me one question; which I responded to immediately. I was hoping because I responded immediately that she would get right back to me. NOPE. She asked one question and didn’t get back to me for another week. I had to send multiple messages questioning what the heck was going on. She finally responded again after a week and asked another question. And again after she asked one question she disappeared for days. I would literally just start sending “??!??” In my message portal. I’m honestly convinced these aren’t real healthcare experts. These are computer robots responding. I FINALLY got a prescription after a month of trying super hard to get responses. Only to have them cancel it because they said my insurance was wrong. So I responded to let them know that my insurance is fine and that they entered it incorrectly. I asked them to run my insurance again because they were clearly missing one number. That was 5 days ago !! Haven’t heard from anyone since, even though I’ve sent a message every day. So if you’d thinking about this using this site just save yourself the hassle. It’s not easy or convenient.

Worse experience ever. I registered to get a prescription before I ran out of pills. I got immediately charged $15. I messaged to ask how long it takes to get a prescription, but nobody messaged me back till it was too late. So I had to go to a CVS to get a prescription before I ran out of pills. Then I asked the customer to cancel the order, still, nobody answered till another prescription came in 2 weeks later. I asked for a refund and it said non-refundable… Completely wasted my time and money. Would never recommend it.

The customer service is horrible. I called the customer service number to check the status of my order and i felt rushed. The operator just rushed through everything. I feel like the shouldn't charge us upfront if they are not going to review it anytime soon. The only response i've gotten was its a delay in orders.

I've been "under review" for skincare for a week now. Which would be fine, if not for the fact that I have tried messaging them about how I want to have my prescription sent to a local pharmacy for days. They've ignored all of my messages. $40 down the drain, apparently. Never again.

This company is a joke! When I first signed up it took 3 weeks of me reaching out to get my prescriptions. Now I am due for a refill and I have been going back and forth with their messaging service for the past 2 weeks trying to get my refills. Each time either being ignored or my order getting magically canceled out of the blue with no notice as to why ( and yes Nurx, my card is still valid and my info is correct in case you ask.) Each time I finally get a response they stated they are experiencing higher than normal messaging volumes and that is the cause of delay. Sounds like an excuse to me or a poorly run business. The fact of the matter is that my body is literally going through ups and downs while being off my birth control due to their poor business management. I’ve tried to refill with adequate time for shipping, but this is out of my hands. I would give zero stars if I could. Anyone looking to use this company should save their time and money and look elsewhere!

So far they take way too long to respond to any messages. I gave my info and requested a prescription Monday. Still in review. Update! Never received any help from them, no doctor recommendation or prescription but they charged my card $15. SCAM!!!!!

I specifically set my most recent request for acne medication with nurx to only charge my card if I approved the cost. They completely disregarded that and charged my card 35$ without my consent and now have not responded to any messages in days.

Starting to think this company is a scam. They take your $15 and you don’t hear from them again. I put in an order last week and it’s still in review. So if you need a medication right away go elsewhere. I got fed up waiting and decided to try a different company, it literally took 10-15 minutes with the other company.
