They can’t even handle a simple task of sending acne medication I can’t imagine if you need something more important like birth control or mental health meds. Please save your time and money and go to a real doctor!"

It seems there's a trend where everything is fine for a while and then the pills stop coming without reason. They billed my insurance, said they sent the pills, but USPS said they never received the package. This happened two months in a row. Then I get them to "fix it". The new order was canceled saying there was an issue with my insurance. I'm pretty sure I already know why. My insurance only allows one pack a month and they had already billed me for pills I didn't get. They never contacted me to let me know my order was canceled. I saw it myself 3 weeks later. They do not care about you. The response time is also ridiculous.

Untrustworthy! Everything was fine for first year. Then my refill never showed up. I contacted them asking why and they responded over 24 hours later saying that they were awaiting my response to an email that they sent me 3 months ago. So I forwarded my response to their email that I originally emailed to them 3 hours after they emailed me! They did not send out my refill because they were waiting on a response that I already sent the same day that they emailed me! They tried to make it as if it were my fault for not responding to them when I clearly immediately did. I forwarded my sent email to them showing them they were wrong and that I did respond. I have not received an apology or solution. This is 100% their fault. However, what is my fault is that I trusted them. I got comfortable w/ them and trusted that my refill would always come as it should. So unfortunately I desperately hurt myself because I didn't realize that I hadn't received my refill until the very day that I needed it. So now I'm without birth control pills because I trusted them.

Pleaseee do not use Nurx. They’re so unprofessional and responding time is ridiculous. I waited a month before messaging them to say that I found another company that will help me receive my birth control. THEN they responded, when I no longer wanted the service and of course they responded until I paid the $15. What an extremely embarrassing way of scamming vulnerable people who really need help. DO NOT use Nurx.

Don’t waste your time or money. I had a similar experience to everyone else. They will respond at first, and then just stop. This is healthcare! This is not something to play around with. I never received my medication after paying for a provider and lab work. You can’t talk to a person, and you can’t really do anything to get any kind of response or answers to your questions. I will be contacting OSHA, DHS, OIG, and whoever to try and get this company held accountable for the insurance fraud they are perpetrating. Dear Nurx, Don’t bother replying with your canned answer stating “we are sorry…blah blah…please send us a message”. YOU DONT RESPOND! How is that not clear from the hundreds of other reviews??

Poor response times. After 5 days, a doctor did not even look at my file. No response to my messages in the app. In comparison, canceled and used a competing service all questions were answered within 5-10 minutes of posting and everything I needed was ready for pick-up the same day.

Nurx seems totally like a scam. $15 for the "consultation" where there is no actual consultation is happening. Charging in full without running through your insurance? Not answering questions about charges? Shady! They aren't transparent with the full policies of their services and should be shut down.
