Signed up but then got a prescription from my doctor, so I went to close out my account. There's no option to do this. Your credit card details cannot be removed. I then read their terms of use. This is all they have on deleting or removing an account. You may terminate the Terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform. I then emailed compliance, as per the last line of their terms of use, If you have any questions or concerns, please contact compliance at nurx dot co and they send you back to your account. Highly suspect. I would not use.

Charged $15 for “consultation” provided no prescription even though it’s prescribed by my primary AND my OB/GYN. Was told I would receive follow up from a higher level representative and received no contact.

If I could put no stars I would. They are extremely slow to respond to any question or issue (several days). Starting with this company everything seemed ok at first. Then my insurance was "billed" and declined (they never actually did I checked with the insurance company). So first script cancelled, ok'd private pay and was billed only to have the script cancelled again. Finally customer support gets back to me 2-3 days later and "fixes" it but I get billed again. After talking to someone they removed first charge. And a prescription gets sent that wasn't the one the provider ordered. But pharmacy is close so I get the meds the following day. Now 3 days ago I submitted a question regarding breakthrough bleeding for provider guidance and of course nothing! Oh and my prescription is "on hold" again. Please don't waste your time and money here. I did notice that service representatives respond here in a timely manner. Perhaps responding to your customers BEFORE we post reviews here would help your company get better than 1 star reviews. **Of course a response here within a day. Yet still no reply to my messages directly to them.**

I signed up for Nurx 3 weeks ago. I had previously been using Lemonaid for a few years. I saw Nurx was a bit cheaper so I wanted to try. The $20 savings was absolutely not worth it. It’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my prescription. They prescribed it after 2 weeks of waiting for them to get back to me, and then it said “processing” for another week. I called this morning to see what the issue was and all they had to say was “it got stuck.” I asked them to send it to a local pharmacy and they said they did and here I am 12 hours later and the prescription still hasn’t arrived to my pharmacy and of course Nurx isn’t responding to me. Update: their marketing team was able to respond to this review immediately asking me to send them a message in the app to “make it right” yet my last 4 messages in the app have gone unanswered. I haven’t gotten a response in a week… they already took my money too!

I have been using this company for a few years now. When it works it’s great but most times it does not. Customer service has been slow to respond since day one. The delay times between ordering test kits & getting results is entirely too long. I’ve had countless issues with doctors not licensed to write prescriptions in my state thereby causing delays as you have to reach back out to customer service to get it corrected. I found that it’s quicker to just call but their agents seemingly work from home and can only relay the info that they take over the phone. I recently ordered a testing kit via their app only to receive 1/2 of the usual test at the same cost to me. Per their app I ordered the test that was applicable to me which only states what they test for and not what’s in the kit. When I contacted customer service their response was…” it lists the contents on the website”. That’s great but I’m not using the website. The solution? Pay an additional $30 on top of my $75 copay for them to send me the correct testing kit. I stuck with this company even with the issues I encounters but no more.

Started out great. Super helpful and got my first order of birth control. This was all a front. When it came time for my second order I got a message that it would be refilled no problem. It never got refilled. I was never notified or anything and when I messaged them to ask what happened they ghosted me. Don't trust them. They're all frauds.

I just needed my Birth Control refilled because I am in-between providers. They did not respond for three days. Granted it was pretty late. However, three days is unacceptable, instead I took my business to GoodRX who refilled my script that day. Considering that I need my BC for PCOS is crazy. Plus if you check off you have had A migrane than they refuse to refill it even though migranes have no correlation between strokes according to most studies.

Almost impossible to get a response from their team. Also - fyi it takes forever to cancel the subscription because you can only do it over the phone during specific hours or wait for the response of the customer support. I'm still waiting on it, btw. EDIT: I contacted the support team more than 48 hours ago. Still no response from email or app messenger. People - do not use this service. If you need help from them immediately, you will never get it in time. Two days later I'm still waiting. Disgrace.
