Customer service is terrible! The only thing they are efficient at is taking your money quickly… after that good luck getting and product or response to anything. I wish I had read these reviews first! DO NOT USE!

Impossible to cancel thru the app. Only able to reschedule the order. After several messages and emails requesting cancelation, company sent the product and charge me anyways. You cannot remove your credit card info from the site neither. No refunds, only instructions in how to dispose unused meds. I'm done with them. UPDATE 11/02/2022: I WISH NURX CUSTOMER SERVICE ANSWER THE REQUESTS, CANCELATIONS AND QUESTIONS ABOUT MEDICATIONS AS FAST AS THEY REPLIED MY REVIEW! WHY ARE YOU ASKING ME TO CONTACT YOU ABOUT MY ISSUE IF I ALREADY SENT NO LESS THAN 10 MESSAGES AND NO ONE ANSWER. REFUND MY MONEY. UPDATE 11/16/2022: They sent me a message saying my refund was approved 2 weeks ago.... but as of today I am still waiting. I had to dispute the amount with my bank and requested a charge back at this point. Plus, my credit card still on their app even when I asked them to remove it.... (it is impossible to remove it by yourself)

refill was send out late, in fact shipment was sitting in pending and never got shipped. Reach out to them via message takes FOREVER to reply. I will not use this service ever again, local dr. and picking up from local pharmacy is so much more efficient and reliable. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The companies customer service is terrible. They cancelled my subscription twice with no warning. When I try to get ahold of customer services, a different rep answers a message days later with completely off the wall responses. They don’t read what the customer sent and just send copy and paste answers. I got married, my name changed so I needed to update my name and insurance. I sent 5 messages trying to get it updated, with responses ranging from, “We are getting ready to ship your prescription.” “We are having trouble understanding what you need. Can we send this to a pharmacy?” “We cancelled your updated request because we thought it was a duplicate.” At no point did any of them read the message where I just asked to be able to update my insurance card. 2 months later and now I’ve run out of my birth control with no solution and no refill. Complete garbage and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

The worst...........they take your money immediately and then crickets.

Probably the worst service I’ve had with them. They have “noted” that they sent me emails saying I’ll be getting charged soon for some birth control but never did I get one until today when it’s already been charged. Charged $60 for something I don’t need and they switched my brand.. yes still same generic but I’m not one to start another generic of the “same” because I been on these for the last 8 years and it’s been fine. Called to cancel.. oh can’t cancel or refund cause it’s gone out. Well why the hell would you have a messaging system if you’re gonna message me a week later? That’s some stupid BS. Btw if anyone needs birth control. Your pharmacist should be able to prescribe it for you. You go through the same process as online, checking your blood pressure and answering your phi questions and a one time (maybe yearly) fee of a consultation. I literally pay nothing for it because my insurance covers. Nurx is a waste of time and money.

They are TRASH. They aren't transparent about their fee system, why are other people only charged $15, but I was charged FORTY??? For what reason?? They also took my money from me, gave me no receipt of it, failed to follow through on the refund promised, and have failed to respond for days on end now! DO NOT trust this company! They've taken my money and given me nothing, not even the stupid refund! I've had to dispute it with my bank! And if they respond HERE that's laughable considering I've been messaging them for days on end now. 🙄 Greedy disgusting company. Don't bother with them!! Follow Up: What a joke of a reply. It's been over 10 days now and I STILL don't have my money back. These people will steal your money and give you nothing.

I’m pretty fed up with the customer service. They don’t even read the messages I send them. Like talking to a brick wall. UPDATE: 12/04/22 - they just sent me a message 2 months later that they are going to fill my script and charge my card!???!!! What the hell I canceled this!! Why are my subscriptions still showing active on your site!?? This is illegal
