Would do NEGATIVE if it would let me.. No help at all.Useless people here. DO NOT USE what a joke been on this medication for 27 years with NO problem.. Then when they refuse to help you they still take your money. The people here are rude and disrespectful too Won't let me put the date I had the worst experience on here with these so called doctors,(not doctors) They need to go back to medical school and relearn things becqause they think they know what they are talking about but they dont know what they are talking about i know i have experienxe with these people and these people are NO good and are a joke

I reached out to Nurx to bridge the gap between my current BC prescription and my next doctor’s appointment. Nurx was quick to take my $20 consultation fee and immediately send a message saying they are not skilled enough to evaluate my case based on my questionnaire responses. What a rip off!

They refused to fill the birth control prescription that I told them I have been using for years because I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. If I do not take my birth control, I have horrible migraines and faint daily during my period. I do not have insurance, so this service was my only hope at having any kind of quality of life. I think it is disgusting that they would deny medication to people who really need it. I guess Nurx might be a good option for you if your boyfriend just doesn't like condoms but not if you actually need birth control.

The worst experience ever. They advertise 0$ generic birth control with insurance, with a 20$ consultation fee. Suddenly, I was billed 150$ for 3 months worth of medication. Next, when I reached out to them, they took a week to respond and started gaslighting me that they didn't have generic medicine for the medicine I wanted, and I knew it was available in that medicine. Don't believe a word that this company has to offer. They will just scam you.

Worst experience ever. They decided to cut off service to my insurance without any notification whatsoever. They wouldn’t refund the service fee although I was no longer able to use it. I would have been happy with even 3/4 of my fee returned since I believe I was able to use it for 3 months. I have a bleeding disorder so this isn’t just a minor inconvenience. Customer service takes DAYS to reply.

They do not send you your birth control monthly on time. Every month I had to contact them and go back and forth several times over the course of 2+ weeks to find out when I'd be getting my prescription. By the time I'd get it I'd have missed several days to a week of taking the pill which defeats the purpose of being on it. They also only ever respond with automated messages which are insanely unhelpful. Wish they spent less time trying to get more "patients" when they can't help the ones they have.

This company was never able to respond in a timely manner. I never received my birth control and was told that my insurance doesn’t cover it (but my insurance actually does cover the exact birth control I wanted to order because I’ve taken it before). I thought this would be a convenient way to receive birth control. Avoid this company and just go see a regular doctor.

This pharmacy is a horrible waste of time just go see a regular physician. It will take some time but at least they will take care of business for you unlike Nurx they can't figure anything out they never replay on time and they where not able to help me get my medication. Complete waste of time
