Using the UI is not intuitive, especially on the mobile application, as there are delays between actions and screen lags where texts on screen would stay on screen after scrolling. Service wise, very helpful and very informative. Unfortunate my insurance is not being taken although it is still a great price that I'm getting my birth control at. Love how I can see all the requests and orders I have made to Nurx through the app.

Packages always arrive quickly, and communication is always open, which is a major plus! However, the packaging of the medication itself is always broken or open in some fashion. (The meds are safe, however! It's just a little irksome.)

I love the convenience! I don't have insurance and I would like to be able to apply a coupon for RX savings. The medication that you supplied is also at Walmart for a lower price threw their program.

I am cautiously heeding the poor reviews. I am only in my first week of using Nurx after leaving twentyeight health, so I'm I'm definitely leaving room for potential disappointment after my last experience with my last company. However, after signing up with Nurx, I had my medication within less than a week. I am hoping that I can receive my medication in a timely manner here as opposed to not receiving it at all.

I updated my rating. i was really worried about taking weeks to get a response based on other reviews. They were slow to respond about 9 days for me but did follow through and provide me with an update that my BC has shipped 11 days after i requested so please be aware that they are experiencing high demand and more delayed response times.
