This used to be a valid service
This used to be a valid service, but now it’s a scam. They added suggested drugs, that I asked questions about and found were clinically inappropriate and they charged me three consultation fees for items the site auto suggested that are contraindicated. What a racket!

Ok service
Loved it at 1st but then it started getting harder getting responses and took longer to get refills. Customer service went down hill. Took over 2 weeks to get a refill on birth control that I tried to message them repeatedly about. Now I'm iffy about the service

badly managed
the single point messaging system is awful - it takes days to a week to get a response about anything, and that's assuming your message got funneled to the correct people. the doctors i've interacted with have all been great, but the way the system is managed, response times, clarity on where prescriptions are being refilled are all awful. there is no direct way to reach customer service. any and all issues you have just go into the messages. apparently there is a phone number but other members have said it's a nightmare. use a different service.

I’m paying extra for constant customer…
I’m paying extra for constant customer service and never get a response in less than 24 hours ever. Every conversation is help between the span of 4 or more days because I never get a response until at LEAST 24 hours later.

Unimpressed.
Deliveries have been efficient, so it's convenient from that perspective. They've been chronically understaffed for the 18 months I've used them so getting a response to anything (like, say, a prescription renewal before you run out) is a challenge. Getting them to actually use my insurance, impossible - so I have the added hassle of having to file claims every three months, which makes the service a lot less convenient than it would be otherwise.

Easy to use
Nurx as a whole is great. I've used the service for years and have referred as many people as I can because of the ease and convenience. Recently there's been a change and instead of nothing there is a $3 fee monthly for the service. I get it but many people don't use the "on demand" chat that takes 4-5 days to get a response. On top of the $30 renewal fee yearly then $3/month for a service not being used is annoying.

Delayed prescription refills
They took a whole month to start to refill my prescription and when they finally got around to the refill they did it wrong. They take 2 days at least to respond and I have run out of my bc prescription a week ago and they still haven't sent it to my pharmacy. I used to love nurx but this is so delayed they can't be relied on.
